I noticed that receiving a receipt seemed mandatory, even though I requested not to have one. Additionally, they served my float with half of the ice spilling out of the cup.

When I asked for assistance, they informed me that they would only help if I completed the ride first. I explained that it would be challenging to do that with my small children, but they still declined to offer any help.
