It would be wise to either make sure your staff is aligned on this or update the information to clearly indicate that dine-in is not an option.

I noticed that receiving a receipt seemed mandatory, even though I requested not to have one. Additionally, they served my float with half of the ice spilling out of the cup.

They refused to serve anyone inside, even to those wearing masks, and the staff was quite rude about it. When I asked for assistance, they insisted that I could only be helped if I used the drive-through. I explained that it would be unsafe for me to do that with my young children, but they still wouldn’t budge.
