Fusion Buffet offers an exciting blend of Asian and country cuisine, attracting a diverse clientele with its extensive menu. While some diners have encountered inconsistent food quality, particularly with items left under heat lamps too long, many rave about the freshness and deliciousness of the fried chicken and other dishes. The food is good. Quality is hot and miss from visit to visit, but there 's plenty of variety. The saddest part of this dining experience is the interior. It 's loud and every sound echoes around the room. There are no soft surfaces anywhere to help with sound. The tables arrangements also feel like their feeding if that makes any sense. There 's very little privacy, or thought put into comfort. Service is also very lacking. The staff gets your drink order before you even sit, then you won 't see them again until you 're done eating, so sip slow. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. And at almost $12 per person for lunch (drink not included), it 's over priced. If the decor matched the food I could see it, but as it is, it 's a solid $9 buffet.
