My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience dining here for his birthday! We had the curry puffs, Khao Soi, and tofu pho. They were all unbelievably delicious! Our drink were equally delicious! What Cris Bernal doesn't like about Chang Thai Cafe:
I arrived at the restaurant roughly 20-25 minutes after placing my online order. I was standing in front of the counter for 5 minutes or so, but not even ONE server/hostess acknowledged my presence. In fact, One of them was very rude! (the girl with the ponytail). However, great food, and I really appreciate the manager as well as the guy who helped me with my order. They were very nice. There are plenty of tofu options available, but be sure to request that your dish is prepared without fish sauce.
Some vegan options after modification. make sure not to ask fish sauce.
This is a beautiful restaurant with several vegan options available. They also have a Thai tea with coconut milk.
I enjoyed the sushi rolls here; they were quite good and filling. There are plenty of tofu options that I would have loved to try, but I hesitated to ask about all the sauces because I didn't want to be that "vegan" person. So, I ended up skipping those for now.
