I was stuck in the drive-thru for 20 minutes at this restaurant. It appeared that there were only two staff members working. As a fellow restaurant owner, I understand the challenges of being understaffed. However, at my restaurant, we usually close if we cannot provide good service. We arrived at 10:55 am to order a double whopper and chicken sandwich. They gave us 2 wrong chicken sandwiches before the correct one was finally cooked. The double whopper was rubbery because they don’t know how to make fresh burgers. So needless to say after waiting for 35 minutes for our food, it was horrible. The lady that took the order could barely understand English. We will never eat at Burger King again!! View all feedback.
