I was stuck in the drive-thru for 20 minutes at this restaurant. It appeared that there were only two staff members working. As a fellow restaurant owner, I understand the challenges of being understaffed. However, at my restaurant, we usually close if we cannot provide good service. I am unsure of the situation at this particular establishment. View all feedback.
What Mia Ferry doesn't like about Burger King:
We arrived at 10:55 am to order a double whopper and chicken sandwich. They gave us 2 wrong chicken sandwiches before the correct one was finally cooked. The double whopper was rubbery because they don’t know how to make fresh burgers. So needless to say after waiting for 35 minutes for our food, it was horrible. The lady that took the order could barely understand English. We will never eat at Burger King again!! View all feedback.
We have been barking with this situation for about twenty years. we're older and don't get much to eat. the last time we visited this place the hamburgers were cold and tasted very poor. we did not want to come back for a few months after this experience, but I convinced my wife to try again. we gathered our vouchers that we received through the post and thought we would get a few meal times. we really appreciate their credits and there is a chance to try new items. When we arrived, we had to wait about ten minutes until the staff could help, and it was not a big thing, we were not in a hurry, but could not find our coupons that we have tied. the personal reminded us that we had to have the vouchers that are coded or they could not help us, and it was our problem. I understand that it is very important to have the coupons, but on the other hand it could defeat the purpose of the customers to revise the restaurant and enjoy the experience. the personal was as if we took their time instead of helping us at this time. I think if I were the manager, I would have some good, kopien or originale, under the theke to have the opportunity to help people once in the time instead of making it a change in their restaurant. I guess we were caught by the watch and decided to go over the road to the other restaurant. I think that the burger king corporation spends time and money and this situation would be treated differently for the opportunity of the customer who come back to enjoy the culinary experience. best greetings, carry
My fault, I should have checked the bag before I left. Called to voice my concern that I was missing stuff and didn't even get an apology. 5 visits, every time missing stuff from bag. Place is a ghost town for a reason I guess.
Convinced myself to give Burger King another chance after never really having had a great experience. Shockingly I had an even more subpar experience than normal.Signage shows a chicken sandwich that they aparently dont have and a $1 taco that isn't a dollar. The service was generally unfriendly, but not overtly rude. However it took a solid 5 minutes for the person on the mic to even be ready to take my order. There was noone else in line before I got there and the place seemed pretty dead. Get your act together honestly.
Who knew fast food could turn in to a 40 min wait. How is this location still in business? They are always understaffed and always take 30+ mins to get food out. I can drive 10 miles away and I would get my food faster.
The food here is better than most but they must be short staff all the time or something because they’re by far the slowest and they make the most mistakes of any fast food restaurant in the area and yet they have a tip jar? they left me waiting in the front for my food for over ten minutes “waiting for the nuggets” and when I finally went in and reminded them we were waiting they gave us our cold food and we left.
