We went through the drive-through. It was a long wait and we did not mind as we know of the labor shortage. The lady who took our order was friendly and pleasant. Same when we paid and got out order. I recently visited this Wendy's, and I have to say it was the slowest drive-thru experience I've ever had. It took 14 minutes from the moment I placed my order until I received my food, and when I finally got it, my order was incorrect. I had to go inside to get the right items, and the staff didn't seem very friendly, almost as if I was to blame for the mix-up. This marks the fifth time I've had issues here, and it'... We ordered a cheese baked potato with chives, and a 'Dave 's triple ' the potato was good, the triple burger was wonderful! The meat was fresh and juicy. The tomatoes were fresh and flavorful, the lettuce and red onion as well! Above all the person working the window and taking orders was great, her voice was clear, easy to understand, and quite cheerful! She was kind and seemed quite happy. Thank you to the whole team at the East Broadway, North Little Rock, AR. location!
It would have gotten 5 stars if they hadn't given me a cc cookie that looked like it circled the sun 10 times before they gave it to me. Like did yall not know this thang was extra crispy. Smh

Horrible! Treated me like I was a criminal for trying to order food, still got my REALLY SIMPLE order wrong, even after repeating it 3 times (4 for $4, crispy chicken sandwich, plain; what kind of sandwich sir? Crispy chicken. sandwich plain. What sandwich sir?..... . Then, even with receipt that finally said plain, they gave me a crispy chick. sand. with mayo and lettuce on it!!! Never coming to this store again.
