U.s. Pizza Co. Rodney Parham

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a pizza to go, and when I got back to work to eat it, I discovered that one of the slices was missing and the pizza was all squished. I called right away, and the manager apologized and offered to make me a new pizza to pick up. However, I only have a 30-minute lunch break, and I shouldn’t have to go back for a pizza that should have been right in the first place. To top it off, there was no offer of anything complimentary for the inconvenience. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sure to let my customers know not to eat there either.

This is a great pizzeria with a wonderful selection of pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, wings, salads, and drinks. It used to be my son's favorite spot when they had a location in Jonesboro, so whenever we visit Little Rock, we make sure to stop by US Pizza. He always orders the kids' pizza with sausage and boneless wings. They also offer gluten-free options and a nice variety of toppings for their pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. Overall, it's a solid place to eat.

Due to a staff shortage, they could only offer takeout, which has been a common challenge in both the retail and restaurant industries. However, they posted advance notices at the entrance and provided excellent service despite being short-staffed. While waiting for my order, I spoke with the manager to reassure her that this situation isn't personal and that things will improve!

Had brunch here once a few years ago. They served me a breakfast pizza that was excellent although not sure if it's still on the menu. My favorite thing here is their chef salad slathered in ranch topped with hand crushed packs of lance crackers. The waiterwas very nice might I add. P.s. Don't read these heathens one star reviews..this ain't chili's.

A few years ago, I visited this place and enjoyed an excellent breakfast pizza, though I'm not sure if it's still available on the menu. My favorite dish is the salad, which is tossed in Ranch dressing and topped with hand-crushed Lance crackers. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. P.S. Don’t pay attention to the negative star reviews; this is not Chili's!
