Twin Peaks - Little Rock

I can no longer recommend Twin Peaks West Little Rock. Sydney Stanton was fired abruptly on 6/3/24 over a trivial matter. if you knew her or was a regular of hers, just know that she didnt quit or start her own business. She was fired and that is a shame. they lost one of the most loyal employees with consistently top sales in the store. I won't be returning.

Service not so good. Ordered on line came in to pick up when I received a notification that it was ready, The young girl at the front is too busy on her cellphone. She sat two ladies in front of me. Came back did some stuff on her cell showed the guy standing in the front who was just hanging out. Walked back over to the host stand still on her phone ignoring me I said I'm here for a Togo order. Waited almost another ten minutes standing there waiting for it. Girl can't get off her cellphone. Seating customers while texting. Finally got my food. Philly cheesesteak, mac n cheese, chicken chili soup is bomb. Just moved to town and probably won't go back due to service.

We enjoy watching sporting events at Twin Peaks. One of our favorite servers is Connie!!! She is a true gem at Twin Peaks! Servers like her really enhance the dining experience by making customers feel welcome and attended to. Her positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer service are undoubtedly appreciated by all who visit. We wanted to share how impressed we are with Connie's hard work ethic and fantastic customer service!

Ok.. This location has its up and downs there's times when everything it's outstanding and then there's time when you wish you would just stayed home. Hope now that there's some more competition in town they step it up. Will return for cold beer..
