Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Little Rock

Very good service. Location was clean and all the employees were pleasant. My order was ready very fast and more than that it was accurate. All employees present spoke and asked how things were. Really good experience and if I'm ever back in Arkansas this location will get my business.

The smoothies were delicious! The parking lot small. The double drive- through lanes took quite a long time.

WOW! Amazing customer service. I have a tomato allergy and was accidentally given a sandwich that had tomato residue on it. I always check just in case before eating because let's be real, accidents happen. The team quickly worked to get me a fresh sandwich made and ensured that I left with a smile. Truly wonderful customer service!

I visited the Riverdale location on Wednesday evening, 2/9/22 and Thursday afternoon, 2/10/22. This location has a great crew who will go above and beyond to make sure your order is right and exactly the way you want it. Everyone there is super friendly and they stay busy most of the time. Their card pin pad now has the option to tip with card payments, so excellent service can conveniently be rewarded. One thing I learned last night, is that their drive thru headsets don't turn off after you place your order, so be considerate. I was inside placing my order and the young lady who was helping me could barely hear me because of the obnoxious people talking extremely loud at the drive thru. It was very inconsiderate to the employees and she had to remove her headset so she could take my order. Don't be those people.

Can anybody tell me when they started having the option of you tipping through the drive-through? Is this with all tropical smoothies or just the one on Rebsamen in Little Rock. I don?t ever recall tipping to a fast food Place. Also I?ve never tipped before I got my food. This is very uncomfortable and weird. If this is the only place that has the tipping option I will find another tropical smoothie. If all tropical smoothies do this I will consider going somewhere else to get my food. If anybody at a tropical smoothie store or headquarters read this please respond and give me an explanation.
