Taco Bell - Little Rock

Highly disappointed! I wanted a frozen drink and they were OUT? I wanted to get a mexican pizza and they were OUT?!? I WANTED TO GET SOME OF THE CINNABONS AND GUESS WHAT they were out of them as well. I'm at a loss for the reason why I couldn't get any of 3 different menu items. I am sure that the owners are smart enough to make 100 percent sure that they hired managers that would order things well ahead of any chance of running out. So I don't know if it was a fluke or if it was something else maybe my voice was offensive to the lady who denied me either way I will not go to that location again!

I went to Taco Bell on Rodney Parham ordered 12 soft tacos, got a shell with a soup spoon full of meat without lettuce very little cheese. I felt confident in my order because it was 9:00 pm, people in their obvious 50’s over was preparing my food, only to get home get what they gave me. You get what you pay for, it is what it is.

They gave me someone else’s order. They made me wait like 5 minutes at the window. They know they have customers that are hungry late at night because everything closes at night now except for a few places. Waffle House doesn’t answer the phone. No love for late shifters like me who cant find anything to eat after work.

I was given a totally different order than what I ordered. After paying for it. I repeated my order three times. The cashier rudely called me a liar, so I left after paying for the wrong order. Someone needs to address this. The cashier was incompetent and rude, and charged me for something I didn't order, but payed for to get out of the long line. I wasn't about to pull back thru the line and argue with people spitting on my food. Horrible store. This happened at approximately 9:30 on 7/25/22. I have a receipt as proof. I'm sure no action will be taken. Beware of food poisoning at this location.

Newly renovated taco bell and fast service. I love the self-service kiosk! The kiosk gives options that you did not know was available. Update . Your service is still great and fast. ordered online and my food was ready on arrival.
