What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I like the aesthetics of this restaurant, but the hostess that took my order was not pleasant. The day before I had ordered a meal special and was informed (very abruptly) that the special ends at 11 a.m. I told them that it was only 11:08 and the lady said, it 's a breakfast special... as if Sonics doesn 't serve breakfast all day. I was with my two dogs on the back for a kirschkalkerei. I asked the young lady in the window if they had something for pups. she pulled a milk one or her pocket for the girls. singular best customer service I have ever experienced. when we talk about inspiring a customer or looking at the corners for the customer service, it is that. bless the girl and bless sonic drive in.
