Rally's - Little Rock

Waited 2 hours for a doorman. I went to the parking lot. the cook turned around and wounded through the window, then turned around and cleaned, then turned around to stare and mouth something else. the people were just rude and slow.

There are no checkers/customers close to dallas “I” did not have them in just 2 years and I finally have to one and they are from what I came. thennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn I think it is against “life” to be cordially friendly and respectful to “your own way” maybe I should “hard, “behave” and his “gangsta” to my own way” smh

Cheeseburgers were missing cheese and barely warm. Sandwich also had no lettuce on it. Service was SLOW and not very friendly. I won't be back anytime soon. Wasted money.

While Rally's is know for having some of the best fries and food, the customer service always sucks, and they tend to tell you your price and to pull foward before you can complete your order. I can't be the only person who's been annoyed by this, and I wish the employees would undergo some kind of public relations class or something. If it wasn't for me being worried about them doing something to my food, I'd likely cuss them out.

This is the best fast food restaurant with consistently respectful and excellent customer service. The food is always hot and fresh. I definitely recommend this place.
