Panera Bread - Little Rock

This morning for the first time at this Panera site. I was with a friend for business. it was such a pleasant experience. the staff was so nice and helpful. the young woman raking leaves the front who helped me with my drink order, which on the cooking line when I asked about wifi, and above all her aaron, who was unrequired / uneatable for the service and was so super beautiful and courteous! loves him! he made my day!

Very disappointing. they take from here because my wife was sick and wanted suppe, and they forget her! frustrating, as I randomly asked if everything was present in the bag. food: 4/5

Really friendly people work for this company, especially the older man working there. he was very pleasant, helpful, and he greeted me with amazement over himself. I'll eat here again!

Stay away! Deceptive pricing with the Pick 2. Instead of saying 1/2 salad or sandwich, they put Pick 2 and then charge you for the other item. Ended up spending $53 on 1/2 salad and soup, 1/2 sandwich and a side and a regular sandwich. When we realized what we were charged for, we asked to cancel items and were told it was too late to cancel. 45 minutes before we got our food and it was bland. Diet Pepsi was flat, soup tasted canned and the sandwiches were tasteless. My son’s Mac and cheese had some uncooked pieces of pasta in it. Never, ever again!!! Overpriced food for mediocre/bad food, unclean dining room (there was a dog- not a service dog, on the bench next to our, licking the table. I’ve liked Panera in the past but never again.

Customer service was great and on point but the dine in area was awful!!!! So un clean and quite disgusting. The water option was not acceptable either
