I had the worst experience imaginable at this location. The counter staff made us wait nearly 20 minutes to place our order, despite there being no one ahead of us and the restaurant not being crowded at all. To make matters worse, this is the fourth time I've completed a survey, which promised a QR code within 24 hours, but I never received it. My favorite fast food restaurant! I can always rely on it when I can't decide where to eat. The service is excellent!
Very busy but really good and kind service! Hard working crew! Had to wait on order a little bit longer than expected but it's worth the wait!

I've reached out to CFA Cares six times without any response. It's clear that CFA does not value its customers. I will not be returning to this location or any other CFA in the future.
