I haven't been to a taco bell in years. I just wanted tacos. Trying to be kind. Supervisor actually came on to help. He is awesome. Food was good. Like everything meat cheese tomato.. management and the guy at the window. My experience was good. Better tacos than the Mexican joint up the street. Cudos View all feedback.
What N doesn't like about Taco Bell:
We ran out of breakfast for the 3rd time? And breakfast doesn 't end till 11:30 am...please get your head out of your arsenal (Google censorship) and learn inventory control. There have been times when workers didn 't even show up to the store to work. If you can 't run a franchise, there 's always bankruptcy paperwork you can pick up. View all feedback.
I tried the volcano combo, and it was incredibly disappointing. I had been looking forward to it, but then I remembered why I usually avoid this place. I don't know why I keep expecting more from fast food chains; this one is truly the bottom of the barrel.
We ran out of breakfast for the third time, and breakfast is served until 11:30 a.m.! Please get your act together and improve your inventory management. There have also been instances when staff didn't show up to work at all. If you can't manage a franchise properly, maybe you should consider bankruptcy options.
I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru, and the staff was quite rude. Everything was stuffed into one bag, resulting in many broken tacos. They told us to hold out the bag and then carelessly tossed a bunch of sauce packets inside, making a mess. Additionally, the fries ended up scattered all over the bag.
The Taco Bell staff asked me at least five times if I was with DoorDash (I’m not; would that have made my food any better?). Honestly, this location in Little Chute is the worst Taco Bell between Green Bay and Appleton. I ordered through the app, which I recommend for accuracy, but it charged me three times for a total exceeding $100! When I called the location, the staff member who answered was quite rude and seemed upset. I requested to speak with the manager, who was very nice and helpful. He explained exactly how to resolve the issue, and within three minutes, I had clear instructions for a quick refund. My money was back in my account within the hour. I advise anyone considering this Little Chute location to be cautious. Only one item was decent—the fried chicken avocado ranch wrap; everything else was inedible. A franchise owner should be ashamed. They should take a moment to observe the employees at Culver’s across the street, who seem genuinely happy to work and make their food look appealing. (Although I find Culver's food rather bland, it is still far more edible than what I experienced at Taco Bell.)
I waited 32 minutes in the drive-thru with four cars ahead of me. When I finally reached the payment window, the cashier informed me, “Your food will be ready shortly.” After an additional 6 minutes, I received my order, but there were no napkins included. Do we really have to ask for napkins now? On a positive note, the food was good.
