Sheetz - Lititz
Sheetz
Description
A once-popular spot for group lunches and frequent visits has lost favor due to troubling concerns. Customers report that the establishment sells cigarettes to minors, prioritizing profit over health and ignoring age-related laws meant to protect young people. Additionally, patrons feel unwelcome, citing dismissive staff attitudes and long wait times that erode their loyalty. Despite significant business from regular customers, these issues have led many to reconsider their patronage. The restaurant’s challenges highlight the importance of enforcing regulations and maintaining quality customer service to ensure both community trust and lasting success.

Well let's start with I was going there 5 times a week bringing 4 of my coworkers for lunch each spending 10-15 a day not to mention I fuel up there twice a week at 50+ each time and I will no longer step foot in that store again because I over heardemployees say I'm annoying they wish I stop coming in sorry that I annoy you because I do a little whistling while I'm patientlywaiting for my food I know it's not much to sheetz but the 300to350 I bring there is a lot to me each week
Have always had a good experience here. Usually order my food from the Sheetz app so I can run in and out.
They sell cigarettes to minors age 16. They care more about money than the health of young people. The reason for the age law is so you?re an adult when you decide if you want to destroy your health. The law is no good unless it?s enforced.
Tried their Nitro coffee, it was awful. Tasted extremely bitter I will stick to Dunkin nitro coffee
Hey, i don't know what's going on with your people but they just absolutely refuse to do grubhub orders. every time i try it gets delayed several times before i need to cancel. they're definitely doing this on purpose. i've ordered on multiple occasions to test it and it happens every single time.
