I always loved Grecos, but tonight I went with the whole family and you are coworker Madi has absolutely amazing to serve us our ice cream! I definitely never had an experience like I did tonight! Thank you for all your patience and able to use our ice so quickly without a mistake! We definitely appreciated it!! Whatever you do, they're gonna kill her. View all feedback. Disappointed with service today. My mother took my children today for ice cream . She asked for a vanilla twist. She received a vanilla and chocolate twist. She didn’t realize a vanilla twist had chocolate in it. She went to the counter to explain the confusion . The girl at the front counter said sorry no refunds. My mother had to re-purchase the correct ice cream. Not great customer service. View all feedback.

Lovely sweet treats and great service from a staff who really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome
The gelato is shaved ice, sandwiched between soft serve. Not at all what I expect with gelato, and not a very friendly staff.
