Taco Bell - LITHONIA

I requested no cheese, and often such a simple request can be overlooked. However, the staff here got our order right, and the taco portions were quite generous. Everything was served in a timely manner as well. We will definitely be returning to this location.

Worst Taco Bell ever, the young man with the face tattoo always have an attitude. I have had my order wrong twice. Not to mention they never print receipts with the amounts and totals. I have frequent here three times and each time I ask for anitemized receipt and was told they do not print them. The receipts that are printed never have the full survey (16 digits) onthem so you can not take the online survey either. If I could give this 0 starts I would. I do not recommend this location atall.

It's outrageous to shift the burden of their mistake onto the customer. To top it off, they didn’t have 2 of the 3 items I ordered and substituted them with things I didn’t want. I knew they wouldn’t issue a refund since they were unwilling to give me the food in the first place. I absolutely will not return to this location. They lost a customer over just two food items and a drink, all because they were worried someone might think they had given away food. In the end, they have lost my business over a trivial matter.

Disgusting! Food made incorrectly and it was very messy. Tacos and Chalupas were literally wet to the point where it soiled the bag. Called about 7 times, no answer. Time to email corporate. Will NEVER return.

If you're able to get service here, consider yourself fortunate. I've attempted to order food five times over the past couple of months, but each time I've left empty-handed due to various issues with their kitchen equipment, card reader, staff, and more. I honestly can't comprehend how they can repeatedly have so many problems without it seeming intentional. Save yourself the trouble and go to Zaxby's across the street; it's a much better use of your time.
