Scout was a delightful place with the feel of an old campground dining hall. Plenty of outside dining with grass for the kids to play on safely. The inside had long tables like a camp plus smaller ones if you were not a large group. What Bobbie Kiehn doesn't like about Scout:
Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience at Scout. Everyone was nice but the food was underwhelming (ordered steak and eggs and did not get the eggs with the order). It took well over an hour for us to get our food due to some 'crisis ' with the orders. I really wanted to have a great experience and was excited with a new chef but cannot say that we were impressed. View all feedback.

My partner and I went for a date night to check scouts new menu and it was not disappointed. my man ordered their updated mason burger and says that it competes so well in the city. I had the beet and goat cheese salad with grilled garnel and it was also excellent. the pistachio vinaigrette is so good. our server, sheri, was great and all around was a really five star experience. thanks scout!
This is now our 4th visit in scout and eating disappointed never. always delicious and delicious. the service was a little missing this visit, but I guess is not the norm, as our previous 3 visits were great and the staff was on the point. we will be back soon!
Always a pleasure to eat at Scout! Great service, wonderful food!
The food was not hot enough when we got it and there were children running unsupervised, making a lot of noise. It was distracting.
