Papa John's Pizza - LITHONIA

I ordered a pizza around 19:45 clock and didn't get my pizza until 9 clock and when I got my pizza, it was ice cold and I had little children to feed. I called the manager and asked for my cold pizza and she put me in the handle for 20 minutes. it must be fired when she takes care of it. they give bad customer service because they feel like they could get away with it. I'll call the Cooperate office tomorrow. I cannot claim that some are in a position of autority and it is not deserved.

Never get a delivery from this place. food about an hour to come to me. but let the load order online within 15 min-20min. when I got my food, it was cold and they forgot my blue that I paid for (3) of them. with the complaint in the load she told me that she would make me another, but it would take about 25min and I had to come to it...mind her that I shy the door and paid a delivery fee. ..just pick up from now on

I had to call here and tell them how good this pizza was. I have to order from this place before it might be new management, but definitely back.

My man ordered green papers and olive pizze the green paprika was so great that it took the taste of the pizza. he also told me that no one had masks or gloves. what is that when treating them with other human foods

THE REVIEWS SHOULD TELL YOU ENOUGH!This is ridiculous! I ordered my food and waited 1 hour for the WRONG THING TO ARRIVE. Now I can’t even get in contact with someone on the phone! I’ve called twice and was put on hold both times for AN HOUR!!! The food was delivered and it’s unacceptable that I would have to drive there to get the right order and I deserve my money back for wasting my family’s night, and time!
