This location is so convenient and quite fast. This time I got the Baja Bowl with Chicken. I asked about the yogurt on the side because I wanted to eat it later and they followed my instructions perfectly. I love the cream of avocados and all the flavors mixed together! I love trying different things, but this is one of my faves. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The service here was terrible at 9/26/22. There were at least 5 people who work, 4 preparation of food, 1 orders. When I entered, they took a customer order, but I stood at least 10 minutes before someone my order. I was the only customer waiting. Other employees grow and laugh together. No profession, no customer service. It took at least 20 minutes to get my food. No orders before or after me. View all feedback.
I love meeting here. Our local writer group in Stonecrest has always met here. My last visit was at the Stonecrest Chamber of Commerce and I enjoyed this delicious green smoothie and egg, avocado, spinach sandwich. Big morning starter.
I am incredibly disappointed in my experience this morning. The hazelnut and dark roast coffee were empty in the lobby and I didn't have much time to wait for them to brew new pots of either. I asked if they could give me a caramel latte instead and they agreed to do it. I received a piping hot cup and went to work only to discover that I never received coffee at all but instead just a cup of milk with syrup!
So the month of August is eat a salad every day. So Panera bread is my go to. Well day one great Asian salad with all the bells and whistles. Day two not so much Asian. I literally got salad and chicken. Nothing extra not sure if there will be a day three.
Was busy but that's okay! I got the Mexican corn chowder and it was so delicious. The manager in the blue shirt, white guy, tall, was really nice and professional. Apologized to everyone for the long wait and offered complimentary drinks. He was on top of things. Give him a raise :
This has nothing to do with staff. This was my first time coming here and it left me feeling like.... Why do they even exist? Small portions. Over priced. Bread not even wrapped or covered. Thrown in with chips that probably were handled with bare hands. Half sandwiches look like quarters. Whole sandwiches look like halves. Just go to Publix or Kroger and make your own sandwich. Probably will taste better also.
