However, the lady at the counter didn’t inform me that the cream cheese contained pecans or almonds. I almost felt unwell before the spinning music started at the fashion show. I took a quick taste and set the cream cheese aside. I really enjoy my bagels! The spinning music was at Glitz Banquet Hall in Stonecrest Mall. - Dee-Jay G-Money

When the line stretches all the way to the entrance at 5 PM, and there's only one cashier working, it becomes a major issue in my opinion. Once I finally reached the register, I found out it couldn't accept cash, and the cashier couldn't switch to another register—strike two! After that, when I went to fill my coffee cup, I discovered the coffee canister was empty, which was the final straw for me. This experience was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed indifferent and showed no regard for my time. I noticed that if people chose to leave the line, nobody was paying attention. This clearly highlights a management problem. Stonecrest needs to improve its service. TLAB Game Truck, based in Stonecrest, would like to continue supporting the area, but it raises the question: what changes are you willing to make?

Despite the presence of at least five staff members—four preparing food and one taking orders—I stood in line for at least 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence, even though I was the only customer waiting. Instead of helping me, the other employees were busy chatting and laughing, completely neglecting their professional duties and customer service. After finally placing my order, it took about 20 minutes for my food to arrive, with no other customers being served before or after me.
