Honestly, nothing really stood out as particularly impressive, except when we got home and discovered there was no ketchup in the bag. Am I supposed to order that separately? I experienced the longest wait for... read more Don’t be misled by the positive reviews—those praising the food probably work at Wendy’s and are trying to boost the ratings. I experienced the longest wait for my order while being denied entry to the restaurant, despite seeing numerous employees sitting inside. It’s currently 7:20 PM, and the interior is closed while I’m still stuck waiting in line. I would appreciate the chance to speak with a district supervisor about this. Also, the menu options didn’t impress given the overall poor service.

Other restaurants frequently run out of menu... read more There are five or six other Wendy's locations that are closer to my home, but I always choose to come to this one. Other restaurants frequently run out of menu items or close at 8 PM, but I've rarely encountered any problems here. While there is often a wait, that's only because this is the best Wendy's in the area. The staff is doing an amazing job—keep up the fantastic work!
