Whil... read more There’s almost always a line at Wendy’s since it’s a busy area, but the staff, mostly younger, work quickly and repeat your order twice to ensure accuracy. While mistakes can happen, the employees have always treated me with respect and attention, often lightening the mood with a joke, which I really appreciate.

I experienced the longest wait for my order while being denied entry to the restaurant, despite seeing numerous employees sitting inside. It’s currently 7:20 PM, and the interior is closed while I’m still stuck waiting in line. I would appreciate the chance to speak with a district supervisor about this. Also, the menu options didn’t impress given the overall poor service.

Honestly, nothing really stood out as particularly impressive, except when we got home and discovered there was no ketchup in the bag. Am I supposed to order that separately?
