I was at this location 3 times within the last month on weekdays between 5-8 pm....every moment when I am at the loudspeaker, it is a 20 minute wait without car... read more I was at this location 3 times within the last month on weekdays between 5-8 pm....every moment when I am at the loudspeaker, it is a 20 minute wait without cars in the car break or parking...this location used to busy parking and drive them thru packed with customers...now it is just empty. I don't understand...what's the point of making food quick, and it's a simple 20-minute waiting in the drive thru without cars....every time they told me that I just don't order and leave. it's ridiculous, I won't try to order more from this place.

I came on Saturday at 18 o'clock. the guy told me to wait 20 minutes because he's talking about 80 krystale and another inaudible. I waited for parking to see what to eat for 5min. to drive back and now he tells me that the waiting time is 20min due to technical difficulties due to system updating. around 18 o'clock on Saturday? right. I don't see how they're still in business. I came here more than once and went for slow service. sometimes they are simply closed during normal hours.

They are close to my work, so I have been there several times in this week and every time they tell me: "the heart has just begun to work and that there are 20... read more They are close to my work, so I have been there several times in this week and every time they tell me: "the heart has just begun to work and that there are 20 minutes to place order, even if I first tried this week I put the order online 2 hours in advance and paid! they are always doing that! the excuses to turn people away: “our system is down” is often processed” and oh well, if u already paid online! they have to contact the company, never get an answer and have to contact the bank to question the cost of the dispute! I guess I will find somewhere else near ursache this is ridiculous I have tried to give chances, but no longer

I came into the load and waited for over 30 minutes and watched that a worker come out to watch an illegal drag race against his work!

Sat in drive thru 20 minutes and o... read more Stopped here Friday, July 1st. My son and I were hungry and hadn't had Krystal in awhile since we live in metro Charlotte NC. Sat in drive thru 20 minutes and only one car moved. Absolutely sucked. We pulled out of line and went to Krystal down the road where we were served quickly and efficiently.
