She then stated I must have set it up myself I will be reporting this experience to corporate office.

The grease definitely needs to be replaced. My 74-year-old mother stopped by after her appointment and was quite disappointed with her meal. It's perplexing how establishments can serve food like this, especially considering the already high prices. Would you really serve something to customers that you wouldn't want to eat yourself? It just doesn't add up.

With 24 years of experience as a manager, I believe it's essential to provide excellent customer service to make customers feel valued and encourage them to return.
