Ihop - LITHONIA

Everything was fantastic. The server was extremely friendly. I typically don't like IHOP, but this experience may have changed my mind.

I was fortunate to have 'Lucky' as my server at this restaurant. They were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and even funny. I have been to this Ihop multiple times and have never experienced such amazing service. Although I came in feeling down today, if Lucky is working, I will definitely be returning!

I would like to start by thanking my server at IHOP. She went above and beyond to make my dining experience enjoyable. She was very friendly and welcoming, ensuring that I was happy and never had an empty glass. The food was my favorite, especially the French toast with strawberries and bananas, powdered sugar, eggs of my choice, hashbrowns, and sausage links. I highly recommend this dish. Thank you to the staff at IHOP for a great meal.

We will not come back. breakfast with three TLAB friends, 9 o'clock on Saturday morning. the first thing I noticed was that the place was quite empty, I thought that was a good thing. our food would come faster. I was wrong. When I discovered my friends who had already arrived, I went to her table. I almost lost my balance on the Slick soil right behind the host desktop. they looked out the yellow triangle and thought they were just chopped. but again wrong. one of my friends said he was almost fallen and mentioned it to a coworker, and then they put the triangle, moments before I arrived. the whole etage, at least in my area felt greasy and flattered, and dirty, like a dirty toilet floor. was there about an hour and no one addressed it. very nice server, but as we thought that eating should come, she came to our table and said she forgot to put the ticket and it was just put into play now. So it should be out in 5 minutes. we were confused. while we are talking and waiting, we noticed that several ceiling lights were out, including the one directly above our table. the decked flowing were water colored and painted to cover past stains. not what you want to eat. the food tasted not bad, but no more explanation or excuse for the delay. very sad that this place has fallen this deep. we see why it was empty now.

As soon as they are in this ihop on panola rd. the hip hop music is loud and open. the place is illuminated, which makes it look very dirty the walls and the decor is dirty. I am sure that the sales are low .the cashier will take the money..It is so sad that the company really needs to give these a attention, it so urgently needs
