The intercom at the drive-thr... read more The management is terrible and disrespectful. The woman at the window, who seems to be of Indian descent, was unpleasant and rude. The intercom at the drive-thru was out of order, so I drove up to the window to place my order. However, she responded in a very curt and rude manner about not using the intercom and then shut the window in my face.

I placed my order and paid in advance to pick it up the following morning between 4:30 AM and 5:00 AM. When I arrived, the older gentleman at the shop seemed un... read more I placed my order and paid in advance to pick it up the following morning between 4:30 AM and 5:00 AM. When I arrived, the older gentleman at the shop seemed unaware of my order and was frustrated that I couldn't provide more details. Unfortunately, I left without my breakfast. The next day, I returned to ask for a refund, but the shop was closed. I went back again around the same time as my original order and spoke to the young man who had taken my order. He was very nice and quickly refunded my money to my card, just as I requested. The refund appeared on my card the next business day. I rated the business five stars because they took responsibility for the mistake. I will definitely use them again. Everyone has off days sometimes—after all, we’re all human!
