Jet's Pizza - Lithia

Ordered a Italian deli Calzone, got a sausage calzone Which I learned about when I got home. So I took it back and ordered an Italian deli Calzone and this time I got a veggie calzone, Which, of course, I found out about when I got home. A very sad experience tonight.

Pizza was burnt and greasy. First time trying this location and definitely was not pleased with the quality or price paid. The large was like a medium. The large I ordered came in two personal size pizzas. Definitely wasn’t enough slices to go around for a family of 4. Do not recommend.

Ordered a pizza, bread sticks with marinara,and wings. Everything was bad. Marinara was not included with the bread sticks, and just look at this sloppy excuse of a pizza. The cheese is o lay on the middle... I've had better from Walmart for $5

Always great! The female owner, (sorry don't know your name) is polite and keeps everything in order. Food always good!

I've ordered from here before, and it was good, but tonight was utterly disappointing. To start, they forgot to include my three dipping sauces. When I brought the food inside, I discovered they had given me someone else's pizza—topped with mushrooms, which I'm allergic to. Ultimately, it didn't matter because the pizza looked stale, as if it had been made on Friday afternoon and delivered on Sunday evening. My dinner ended up being a can of Chef Boyardee Raviolis and some bread. I’m done with this place. In 2023, during a recession when prices are soaring, it's unacceptable for employees to show such disregard for customer orders. At these prices, it feels like theft. Jet’s, you’ve lost a customer for good—sorry, not sorry.
