I come here 3 times a week and get one of the simplest drinks I can get and somehow they manage to screw it up ever single time. Idk if it?s lack of training orincompetence but it needs to be fixed. I highly recommend going anywhere else as it?s only gotten worse since it opened.Terrible!

It is better to order in the morning with the huge crowd of drive thru patrons walk-ins because you will get the donuts you like as opposed to 3pmwhen they don't have old fashion, glazed, pink frosted, or chocolate anything and the donuts are stale. Customer service is goodbut being angry can interfere with observing how helpful they might be.

Don?t ask for a specialty drink or anything that requires cooking. My favorite was when one of them gave themselves a $5 tip on my bankcard. When I made mention the next time around one of the girls in the background nearly sh herself and she knew exactly what Iwas talking about. Some sort of scheme. Prices of donuts are up and seem to be getting smaller.

There was a time where the coffee would sometime not taste good BUT lately and especially just now the drinks have been ON POINT and downright delicious! It is something I look forward to daily! Thank you to the current staff for stepping up your game andmaintaining delicious product even in the Sunday morning frenzy!!!
