Kfc - Litchfield

Haven't had biscuits since before June, apparently an oven is down and they are to lazy to call service and have it fixed, don't have half the menu items, have ordered from the website for in store pick up twice, each time took over 40 minutes. In June Ihad my son in Litchfield hospital and had to wait for an hour for our food we ordered when it was supposed to be the rapid pickup, because they apparently lost our tickets. Didn't give plastic ware or anything after asking for it, received cookies insteadof biscuits, and wasnt told. They need shut down completely, there's no point in them being open, trash service and food, 0/10DO NOT RECOMMEND, SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Was here several times giving them another chance, one week they served rolls which is great if you have no biscuits but why so long on fixing your oven and soda machine never in operation, Food was good but service is awful will not be back and tellingothers to do the same until you change somethings. Maybe new management is required at this time.

The restaurant was clean overall, although the floors felt sticky. The bathroom was well-maintained. Orders were slow, but the staff was courteous. Some items were substituted for upgrades, which was a nice touch.

I called ahead to confirm if the restaurant lobby was open, but was told it was not. I ordered food for pickup since I am a truck driver and do not have a car. When I arrived, I found out the lobby was actually open and I was given misinformation. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant because it is not worth my time. I did not ask for any sauce, but they gave me some anyway. I only realized this after returning to my truck, so I ended up throwing away the sauce they charged me for. The customer service was poor and the food was cold and not fresh. I will not be dining here again.

It took some time, but the food was always fresh and hot. I would recommend this restaurant.
