The gentle man, who I assume owns it, greets, seats, serves and is the Jack of all trades. He’s very professional, kind and attentive. The food is traditional and comes in beautiful serving bowls. Full of flavour and spice! Don’t let the quiet or simple decoration stop you from trying this place! Vegetarian options: There’s vegetarian options available!

Bit of a weird atmosphere as the place was almost empty when we were there (one other table occupied), and the decor is very dated with an obvious damp smell. That being said, the restaurant was clean and food was served quickly. I’d probably go back for takeaway but not for another dine in experience. Service: Dine in

When... read more Extremely poor customer service. I was unfamiliar with this restaurant, but my partner purchased a Groupon voucher for it. I wondered how bad it could be. When we called to make a reservation, we were informed of an additional £2 charge per person for using the voucher. The staff member was rude and unhelpful. After pointing out that this fee was not mentioned in the offer, we were given an ultimatum: pay the extra charge or find another place to dine. We chose the latter option. Groupon promptly refunded us for the voucher, which was appreciated. Given the negative reviews, we typically wouldn't risk dining at a place like this. In today's competitive hospitality industry, businesses need to provide exceptional service to succeed - something this restaurant lacks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!
