I called at 8:30 pm for a delivery and was told the... read more I understand that Christmas Eve is a busy time for restaurants, but that is not an excuse for poor service. I called at 8:30 pm for a delivery and was told the wait would be 1-1.15 hours. At 9:58, I called because my order still hadn't arrived. They said the driver was just leaving and my food arrived at 10:35. When I opened it, not only were the chips missing that I had ordered, but the chili chicken, which is my regular order, was an extremely small portion and had no chili on it. I tried calling for 20 minutes and no one picked up the phone. If this is how you treat your regular customers on Christmas, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the new year for sure.

I will definitely not be returning. I would suggest avoiding this place altogether.

I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciou... read more I hadn't been to Maxims in a while, but a friend who frequents the restaurant recommended that I give it another try. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food, generous portions, and the fact that it stayed hot even when taken home. I highly recommend trying their Salted Chilli Chicken as it was the best I've ever had.
