At this KFC location in Lisburn, patrons are met with a series of disappointments, from incorrect orders to an unkempt environment. After a day of swimming, my trip to this restaurant turned out to be more trouble than it was worth. Every single order from the customers was incorrect. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the customers were being difficult, but it became clear that the staff couldn't even handle two kids' popcorn chicken meals. They didn't bother to listen to anyone's order properly and entered them into the system incorrectly. Surprisingly, they even undercharged me for my order, and when I pointed it out, they acted as if I was giving them more work. It was disappointing to see that the staff didn't seem to care about providing good service or helping increase sales for their employers.
This restaurant was terrible. They gave us straws but forgot our drinks, which was a problem for us as we were on a tight budget at the time.
Called in with kids for something to eat. One child needed toilet. It was that rotten I had to go to the cinema! Floor was stinking. Tables dirty!! All round clean rotten!!! Kfc should be ashamed of the toilets. Food came quick. And was very nice!! Just pity about the cleaning

Visited KFC lisburn today. Was in the queue for 30 mins to be told because of technical issues we could only pay cash which was OK. But when we reached the intercom to be told the restaurant was was closing. Not one member of staff came out to inform us. Totally and utterly shocking service when I asked to speak to the manager they were hiding in the back. That store needs closing down terrible service everytime we go.
