Was Kai Bergmann at Caffe Nero a mag?
Went there for a morning coffee. The coffee was ok, multi grain croissant was pretty light and good for breakfast. Worked two hours on my laptop there, was quite mellow and relaxing experience. Not too crowded before 10:30am. The staff are energetic, welcoming and chatty. Overall, enjoyed my morning there. View all feedback.

Unfortunately, the staff at this location is particularly rude and unfriendly, painfully slow, and they seem completely uninterested in keeping even the minimum standards of cleanliness in the shop. The condiments (sugar, cream etc. table is a complete mess, with broken, dirty jars and carafes. To round it all up, the food looks old and lifeless. So much for the Italian style!? The flat white was great. Had the lemon blueberry bread and it didn’t particularly wow me. The atmosphere of the place is really nice to sit and relax while you enjoy your beverage or treat.
Chai was very milky tasting and the americano wasnt the best. Hope to have better drinks next time. Service was good, and drinks came pretty quickly
Cappuccino was watery and the flavor was not robust. Had a delicious everything bagel swirl. Do not recommend coffee here
I always enjoy spending the day in my neighborhood (South End), which definitely includes a stop at the welcoming Caffe Nero. It's the perfect spot for people and dog watching. After that, I love heading over to the neighborhood grocer, Siena Farms.
Delicious coffee and food. A good place to start a day and visit the city afterwards.
