For a nice and expensive dinner this is a great place. Looks like an English pub. The service was great and the food was good. I really enjoyed the scallop, mushroom and asparagus appetizer. They gave us small crooks of meat and interesting desserts to taste. They were from GF bread, but sometimes they did. View all feedback.

Amazing food and service. Had the pork belly, cooked perfectly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50+
Exceptional. The food was outstanding. The carpaccio was some of the best I’ve eaten. Bruno was amazing. I ended the meal with pistachio tiramisu that I could eat every day. The service was impeccable. We had a large group of 6 and everyone’s meals were lovely. The tables side dressing of the fish was an added bonus. Highly recommend. For a nice and expensive dinner out this is a great place. Looks like an english pub inside. Service was great and the food was good. I really enjoyed the scallop, mushroom and asparagus appetizer. The gave us little tasters of some sort of meat and interesting desserts to taste. They were out of GF bread but sometimes have it.
Very nice Portuguese restaurant with amazing service. We had great seafood appetizers and fish entrees. Nice creme brulee for dessert. Huge wine list. Much recommended.
We had an excellent evening dinner. The place is reminiscent of our British old pub with class and warmth. The service is of a professional high class French restaurant and the food refined. Highly recommended.
Great quality food and great service. Below 50% occupancy on a Wednesday evening Highly overpriced and small portions- wine in particular
Five couples from the US dined at this restaurant, and we all thought the food and the service was excellent. The wine was “bottomless” and the châteaubriand was tasty. The ambience was cozy and welcoming and the wait staff were all attentive and responsive. It was a much more expensive meal than we had been eating in our trip so far and it was our understanding that you really don’t tip in European restaurants, so we were surprised when they requested a 10% cash tip from us, and said it was customary. My daughter-in-law is Portuguese, and was very surprised by that and said that it is not customary so we weren’t sure if it was just because we were from the US. That aside, we had a lovely evening!

Eating here was excellent. service was old and not intrusive. had got top marks if they had not tried to add another plaque to my bill
Had a meal here with 10 friends for birthday and it was not disappointed! The loads of small extras and super friendly staff made it a special night to remember. Thanks Pabe!
Relied on previous reviews and they were accurate..Great restaurant offering top class menu, well prepared and presented with a wine list that would take hours to go through and offering a wide range of wines from across the world. Definately worth a visit
I left pabe after having a fantastic culinary experience. I'm in town for business, often alone. the server in the restaurant in the conversation, but also knew when I give room to eat etc. the restaurant reminds me of a mix between an old pub or 80’s steakhouse and I love it. the service was very traditional, but friendly. I loved the food options, I tried the scotch tricky with her smoked pork and her slowly roasted lamb and even managed to save some space for a dessert. everything was fantastic. the sommelier gave me a wonderful recommendation for a glass wee, and I went with a huge smile. definitely recommend if you like old school good food and service.
