This is the third time they’ve forgotten items I paid for — both in person and on UberEats (I’ve never been compensated for these items, by the way). Today they nearly missed a tuna sandwich and a lemonade (I had to remind them that these items were missing from my takeaway bag)and they still managed to forget a madeleine the only reason why I had upgraded to a lunch menu. Good food doesn’t excuse this type of service. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
