This restaurant is of course very good, but also something above the tip. our 8-course meal was really 3 correct courses and the rest very small amuse gueules, including a brot course. very expensive for what it is.
Excellent from beginning to end. Eating was a pleasure, the staff made a wonderful experience even better.
It was an excellent experience overall each dish had a personality with original and unique flavors. One of the highlights was the quid that was delicious. Would give him a second Michelin star.
A highly refined menu expertly prepared. Flavor and presentation were infinitely close to perfection. The iberico pork, in particular, was the best iberico pork I had ever had. Service was first class, and atmosphere was luxurious yet relaxed. The local wine pairing was superb, and gave us a taste of what Portuguese wine had to offer. All in all in line with what one expects at a Michelin one star restaurant. If I were to be picky, however, like so many Michelin starred restaurants, the food was a bit too safe. I feel that the Michelin star system discourages creativity, which is a pity for chefs of this caliber. Price per person: €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
