I was totally disappointed in this restaurant, I would remove some Michelin stars and I have been to many all over the world. The wine selection was terrible, the servers and staff were not bad, but the food, was totally disappointing. I would never go back or refer anyone. This restaurant is of course very good, but also something above the tip. our 8-course meal was really 3 correct courses and the rest very small amuse gueules, including a brot course. very expensive for what it is.
It was an excellent experience overall each dish had a personality with original and unique flavors. One of the highlights was the quid that was delicious. Would give him a second Michelin star.
