Lisboa Carmo exceeded our expectations in every way, the location is fantastic and only used taxis for airport transfers, plenty of high quality restaurants and... read more Lisboa Carmo exceeded our expectations in every way, the location is fantastic and only used taxis for airport transfers, plenty of high quality restaurants and shops nearby or you could just sit and have a drink in the Plaza which is right next to the hotel and we could see from the window of our hotel room. Staff are all superb without exception we were always greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean and welcoming and the rooms are a good size very comfortable beds, lovely linen and a great shower. Really nice touches of a coffee machine, pastelis de nata, Ginja and plenty of complimentary water. Breakfast was really good plenty of fruit and delicious pastries as well as a hot buffet option. We would very much love to return to this hotel it fitted the bill in every way and great value and would stay for longer this time as there is so much to do and see.

We order Duck Rice, as from menu we were expected size of paella, unfortunately it was a baby size portion of it for 15€, no information about how small it was... read more We order Duck Rice, as from menu we were expected size of paella, unfortunately it was a baby size portion of it for 15€, no information about how small it was in menu. You can see from photos that they put image of duck rice dish on menu beside pork ribs dish with fries. See fries dish is small. Then when you see duck rice dish and fries dish together in real life that are portion sizes on the menu are an illusion.
