I was 30 minutes late to my reservation because of flight delays but the staff graciously held my table for me (I might’ve bombarded them with emails and texts about running late) and when I arrived the staff warmly greeted and sat me right away. The restaurant is always busy so I was very thankful for this. This service alone is worth 4 stars. The food was amazing and my only regret is not ordering more (I was dining solo so obviously couldn’t try everything I wanted to). I had the squid which is highly rated (the sauce is divine; save some bread to dip in this), the rolled pork belly, and the empanada. Everything was delicious and fresh yet not overwhelming. They have a menu of the day and I recommend trying those as the locals around me were ordering the those dishes. The restaurant seemed to be packed with locals during the lunch hour yet wasn’t overwhelming or chaotic. Reservations are a must and I was lucky to snag a last minute table the morning of. However, we didn’t really enjoy the veal with roasted potatoes — the sauce was far too salty and overpowered the dish. That said, the overall experience was positive. The staff were polite and attentive, which we appreciated. The only downside was the noise level — the place was quite loud, which made it a bit uncomfortable to enjoy the meal.
