My husband's potat... read more I had a terrible experience with the chicken at this restaurant. It was incredibly burnt and fried in old oil, making it greasy and inedible. My husband's potatoes and gravy were excessively salty. He tried to eat the chicken, but it was so bad that he ended up feeling really sick. I've given him a lot of Pepto-Bismol, but it hasn't helped. I wanted to leave a zero-star review, but the site requires at least one star. They certainly don't deserve any. We were hoping for better after giving them a second chance, but there's no way we’ll be back! Both the Pineville and Alexandria locations are awful. It's really disappointing because I used to love their chicken. We will never return. We wasted our money, and my husband is now suffering from this poor experience. It's shameful to serve food like this. I hope new management takes over, but we definitely won't be returning. I'm so upset!

The chicken was old and overcooked, and the coleslaw was spoiled! The health department really needs to investigate this place! It doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave it—I won’t be coming back!

The chicken was overcooked, cooked in old oil, and came out dark and excessively greasy. We attempted to eat it, but it was so unappetizing that we eventually had to throw it away. I don’t think we’ll be returning to KFC in Pineville or Alexandria again.

I haven't been to KFC in over ten years, and after this experience, I won’t be returning. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
