Singing and engaging in... read more Hands down one of my favorite spots in Lisbon. The service is excellent. The staff zips around making sure everyone has what they need. Singing and engaging in witty banter while they dish out grilled meats and fish, plates of olives, and glasses of crisp white wine. I had the pleasure of sitting right next to the kitchen pass and in front of the grill, the best seat in the house if you ask me. I ordered the ribs with rice and beans and vinho verde. I watched him slap a rack of ribs on the grill and season them in one swift motion. Once served up, they were tender, hot, with a perfect char and the exact right amount of salt and pepper. They were absolutely delicious. Paired with the wine and the rice and beans, I was in a state of culinary bliss. The beans and rice were nice and creamy, flavorful but nothing too overpowering. The service was quick, the food was great and the environment exactly what it should be. Highly recommend this spot, definitely one of the best tascas in town.
