This had the walk... read more We had done the franceshina rounds in Porto and I was hooked. So against everyones advice out we went on a mission to find the best in Lisbon. This had the walk but not the talk. The sauce was great here but the sandwich itself was cold and filled with the thinest steak and what appeared to be a hot dog. On we went to Dote which was marginally better. My advice; wait for Porto or be prepared to be underwhelmed with a subpar version of one of the world’s greatest sandwiches. BTW Lusso Caffe was my personal favourite in Porto with Diego a close second.

It,s located a bit outside the city centre but a short cab/uber drive and you are there. The Francesinhas are great, its almost like the Tradicional one and sooo cheap! The owner is very nice also.
