The service was always poor, but thr food generally managed to compensate for slowness, and o... read more I have been an assiduous client of Sushi Rio for the past 4 years. The service was always poor, but thr food generally managed to compensate for slowness, and overall insolence from the wait staff. This evening was my last meal at Sushi Rio. After having have to have practically begged to waiter to bring us a glass of water as well as ginger and wasabi, we proceeded to ask for a decaf. Having the decaf arrived, I requested a glass of ice in which i wished to cool it. The waiter insolently responded that there was no more ice and that if i wanted a bottle of water, I would need to pay for one. After having waited a good 15 minutes, a once again summoned the waiter and asked for the ice to which he responded ' are you kidding me lady '? An absolutely appalling display of professionalism and laziness.
