Sála is the best new restaurant I have been to in not an exaggeration years. We couldn't not eat some of the choices on the menu and ended up making our own degustation menu, and it was amazing. The food was perfectly cooked. There were a few surprises in the creation of the dishes (suffice to say that we didn't know the form of what we would be eating beforehand) which were all absolutely delicious. The service was nice and zero intrusive, providing insights at the right time (and listening to ours). The whole room is extremely cosy and inviting to stay a bit longer, and we clearly overstayed our welcome and sat for an extremely long time. I hope this place gets the recognition it deserves and as for me, I will return for sure and I hope very soon.
