Food was fine al... read more Right in the middle of Rua Augusta, this is a restaurant for tourists and doesn't attempt to disguise it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was fine although ordinary. We wanted somewhere for a quick meal on the evening of our arrival in Lisbon. We were a little travel weary and this simple place fitted the bill for us. We had grilled sardines (four each, large! which were well cooked. If I was told to go back I wouldn't object but equally I wouldn't head there by choice when there are so many other good places to eat in central Lisbon. Nothing wrong at all, just not very special but I don't think it has any desire to be so.

The staff were friendly, the food was... read more There was a group of 19 of us and even though we had no advance booking the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The staff were friendly, the food was very nice with the exception of the Sea Bass which unfortunately wasn't boned and so hand to be handled carefully. There was one slight problem in that two of the group didn't receive their drinks which had to be requested again, but it was handled very courteously and professionally. It may have been just my impression but all of the restaurants we used on this trip, barr one, seemed to struggle a bit with our group size. That aside we enjoyed a good meal, reasonably priced for the area.
