The food here is presented without a menu and is designed by chef according to seasonality fresh availability which is refreshing. We chose the 7 course tasting menu with wines and were really taken aback by the presentation flavours, truly outstanding! The menu was adapted exceptionally well for my allergies! Sadly the only thing that let it down for me was the restaurant was very quiet, therefore a tad soulless, also there was no choice on champagne/Prosecco only Portuguese sparkling wine which I didn’t like. If Quorum were full buzzy on the evening we went then it would have hit 4.5 star for sure! The service was really lovely with excellent descriptions of each course, which basically is the chefs journey of Portugal from North to South. Recommend for delicious food but not for atmosphere on this occasion.

We enjoyed the 5 course menu with traditional ingredients and the wine flight to match. An absolute taste sensation with stunning presentation, creativity, attention to detail, an innovative selection of varied crockery, cutlery and other presentation methods. We really enjoyed the selection of wines; a journey through Portugal and excellent pairings to the dishes served. Excellent! Book now.
