I thought it was a tasteless vegetable (no idea what tofu is) but oh my god their tofu on the side, is so tasty and crispy. As I write this review, I'm still craving it all badly. The amount of flavours and spices in the soup was so flavoursome, that I didn't even need extra spice. it was so delicious. my order was pork. really worth the wait and is great value. My first ever Ramen and it was so perfect. I didn't get panda chopstick holders which was a little sad. They also forgot to give me my blueberry mochi, I forgot about it too because I was so happy in the moment. but I was able to get it the next day without a problem. Lovely staff chef. They're so sweet and the chefs are so talented. Great customer service, they work well under pressure, it was so busy. Make sure you put your name on the waitlist in the morning so you can have dinner at a decent time. I got in there 30 minutes before closing because we didn't know about the list system. We were lucky to be seated, I just wish we hadn't eaten so late.

Wonderful mix of flavors, you could see immediately that it involved a huge amount of work. I went for the beef with extra noodles, my wife wanted the vegetarian option. You wouldn’t notice any kind of compromise in each. A definite “Oh, my god” dish
