On arrival, we were told that no... read more We booked to come here to celebrate my birthday with family, a group of seven. My family bought a birthday cake as a surprise. On arrival, we were told that no cakes were allowed and this set the tone for a difficult meal. The food was good, the views were excellent, the staff grumpy, unsmiling and rude. This is the second time we have eaten here and in both times it is is the staff that let this restaurant down. So if you plan to visit here, expect good food, good views but staff with little or no people skills. Even when we left we asked for a knife to cut the cake so we could have it a local park. This was flatly refused, surely this was not too much to ask. We can not recommend this restaurant, purely because of the floor staff and the manager.
