Many restaurants we found where fully booked and we therefore did a search on The Fork... read more Happy that we were a bit late in finding a restaurant for New Years Eve. Many restaurants we found where fully booked and we therefore did a search on The Fork and came across Furia Do Mar which was conveniently close to our hotel. We had a terrific dinner with great appetizers (Cheese, Oysters and Mussels), seafood Cataplana and dessert! All the staff were great and very helpful to select a good wine for the food. The restaurant has just been refurbished so it feels fresh. The atmosphere It a nice and relaxed as the focus is on the food! The restaurant is not cheap, but neither expensive. We can definitely recommend to pay a visit to Furia Do Mar and we will definitely come back in the future.
