The main reas... read more Solid fine dining restaurant. Not a big fan of the cucumber pre dessert dish and the oxtail dish is slightly over salty but overall a solid place. The main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the tipping part. I was asked if I was going to tip and I said yes (of course since I’m from America I’m used to tipping). For 160 bill I’d tip 20% (for a non tipping culture like Portugal it’s a lot) but they added 40 euro which is 25% when they hand me the bill instead of letting me do it. I mean it isn’t a big difference between 20 and 25% but the way they added automatically without asking puts me off a little.

Hoping the restaurant reads this and can fix. Add a line to the receipt to tip is reasonable, do not ask in person.
